Physical Products

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible physical products.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Digital downloads
• E-books
• PDF planners
• Digital products of any kind
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Inner Authority Code offers free shipping on all orders.

If a return is approved for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipping error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
